Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Engineering or Safety Certification preferred)
Experience: 2–8 years in construction safety management
Salary: Based on interview performance and experience

Job Overview

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Safety Incharge to oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance at our construction sites in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing safety measures, conducting audits, and training site personnel to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety standards across all construction activities
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and audit records
• Organize safety training sessions and toolbox talks for workers
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to uphold safety norms
• Investigate accidents and recommend preventive measures

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory); Diploma in Industrial Safety or NEBOSH certification is a plus
• 2–8 years of experience in construction site safety management
• Strong knowledge of safety laws, PPE standards, and emergency protocols
• Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to lead safety initiatives and influence site teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
