Job Description: Field Survey Executive / Scheme Awareness Coordinator

Role Overview
The Field Survey Executive / Scheme Awareness Coordinator will be responsible for conducting door-to-door surveys, organizing camps in wards and anganwadi centers, and assisting citizens in availing benefits of various Central Government and Madhya Pradesh Government schemes, including Teli La–type welfare initiatives.
This role requires strong communication skills, field outreach ability, and a commitment to public welfare.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct household surveys for all Central and State Government schemes.
- Provide information and assistance related to welfare schemes such as:
- Women Empowerment Programs
- Social Security & Pension Schemes
- Health & Nutrition Schemes
- Teli La–type Assistance Schemes
- Education, Skill, and Employment Programs
- Organize community camps in wards, anganwadi centers, and local community areas.
- Collect citizen data accurately using mobile forms or survey sheets.
- Assist families in completing applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with local authorities for camp permissions and mobilization.
- Maintain proper records, daily reporting, and documentation of beneficiaries.
- Raise awareness about government initiatives through field visits and community engagement.
- Support CWED in implementing new programs at the grassroots level.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned ward/block/district areas.
- Basic knowledge of government schemes and public welfare initiatives.
- Ability to conduct door-to-door surveys and community outreach independently.
- Familiarity with mobile data entry and basic Android phone usage.
