Marketing & Sales Executive – Solar Power Solutions (MW Projects)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Marketing & Sales Executive for MW-scale solar power projects (Industrial, Commercial, Utility, and Open Access). The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, proposal management, and closing large-scale solar EPC or PPA projects. Strong technical knowledge and industry networking are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities for MW-scale Solar EPC, Solar Parks, Captive/Group Captive, and Open Access Solutions.
  • Generate leads through industry networking, corporate visits, consultants, government bodies, and renewable exhibitions.
  • Meet industrial and commercial clients to understand energy needs and propose MW-scale solar solutions.
  • Prepare & present techno-commercial proposals, feasibility reports, ROI calculations, and PPA / Capex models.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams for site surveys and technical evaluations.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead → proposal → negotiation → closure → agreement.
  • Monitor tender portals, government schemes, DISCOM policies, and regulatory updates.
  • Build strong relationships with EPC partners, OEM suppliers, corporate clients, and energy consultants.
  • Maintain sales pipelines, prepare MIS reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of MW solar EPC, PPA models, Net Metering, Open Access, Captive models, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, load profiles, and basic electrical concepts.
  • Strong networking skills with industries, corporates, and consultants.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tender portals.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Degree preferred.)
  • MBA in Marketing / Sales is an added advantage.
  • Experience: 2–7 years in solar MW project sales, renewable EPC, or energy solutions.
  • Candidates with strong industry contacts will be given preference.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently for client meetings.

  • Salary Range: based on experience

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
